Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at The Confetti Farm! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen postal service issues beyond our control.

Shipping Time:

  • Within North America: Orders usually arrive within 3-6 business days after processing.
  • Outside North America: International orders may take 5-20 business days for delivery after processing.

Shipping Provider: We utilize a third-party shipping provider to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery. Currently, we only offer standard shipping with no expedited options available.

Lost or Stolen Packages: While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you encounter such an issue, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Refunds on Shipping: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once the product has been shipped. Refunds on shipping charges are only applicable if the order is canceled before shipment.

Sender's Address: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the accuracy of the sender's address provided during checkout. Any errors in the address input are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Orders: For international orders, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon arrival in your country. These charges are not within our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at theconfettifarm@gmail.com with your name and order number for assistance.

Returns: We do not accept returns from outside of Canada. Please refer to our return policy page for more information regarding returns.
